What areas of Melbourne do you travel to?

We cover all Melbourne metropolitan areas within a 20 kilometre radius from the CBD. Any travel outside of this radius may attract a surcharge. Please contact us for more information.

What is the minimum number of guests you can cater for?

There is no minimum number of guests required, as long as you meet our minimum spend of $400 per party.

What is the maximum number of guests you can cater for?

There is no limit to the number of guests that we can cater for. However, we find that smaller groups of no more than 12 allow your guests to fully relax and enjoy their treatments. Larger groups depend on the size of your venue and the availability of therapists

How do I pay my deposit and balance?

We have a range of convenient payment methods. We accept bank transfer or money order.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Deposits are non-refundable, however, cancellations made after the balance has been paid in full, are entitled to a 50% refund of the balance amount only. If the party is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled party, you will forfeit the entire balance.

How long does a pamper party last?

It depends on how many guests and how many treatments each guest is having. The average length of a party is about 4 hours.

Can I request any extra treatments on the day or add an extra guest?

Although we always try to accommodate you and your guests, we may not be able to provide any extra treatments at your request on the day, due to other party scheduling needs.

Do my guests need to do anything to prepare for their treatments?

The only thing we ask your guests to do, is ensure their makeup is removed if having the Make Me Over treatment. You should also ensure guests having our Twinkle Toes treatment have open-toed shoes with them.

 How much space do I need to provide?

We only need enough space for you guests and for a minimum of 2 therapists to work comfortably, eg lounge room. If you're having a "relaxing" treatment, such as the Heavenly Head & Shoulders, a separate room is advised but not essential.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

Our therapists will provide everything that is required to perform the treatments, however, they will require access to hot water, and the use of a microwave for our Heavenly Head and Shoulders and Pamperlicious Paraffin Hand & Foot Treat  treatments.

Are there any age restrictions?

We currently only offer treatments to guests over the age of 16.

Can I purchase the products used during my treatment?

We have found our mineral make up range, GloMinerals to be very popular, and these can be purchased on the day of your party.
